Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 150g salmon fillet
  • 100g asparagus
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place salmon and asparagus on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake 15–20 minutes until salmon is cooked.
  4. Serve with lemon slices.
