Ingredients

  • 150g Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 40g rolled oats
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • A handful of berries (blueberries or strawberries)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and oats.
  2. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Top with banana slices, berries, and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
