Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 150ml milk or plant-based milk
- 100g mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, and chia seeds.
- Stir in berries and honey.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- Enjoy cold in the morning, optionally add nuts or seeds.
